Well, firstly, the Universe is expanding much faster than a mere 400 m/ps. So your not going to reach the 'end' of the Universe travelling at that speed.
Indeed, there is an 'edge' to the universe. It is at the point where Time stops. If you were to reach the limits of the Universe, you would be expanding, with space, into Time.
But, another flaw is that even if you were travelling infinitely fast, space-time is curved, thus you will never reach the 'end' even if you travel in a seemingly straight line.
