Well,if you do you might not want to see his newest.I saw it earlier today. It was entertaining, but it seemed more Stephen King than M. Night Shyamalan.

I liked Unbreakable out of all of them. It just seems like all of his movies, even the Sixth Sense, were soooo SLOW moving. I'm not against slowness, but I am against not having a payoff. The endings to Signs and the Village were so unfulfilling that I felt robbed of two hours. Whatever the subtext is it needs to have a greater sense of drama so we actually care what happens to the characters.

Really? I like M. Night Shyamalan's films and was hoping to see Lady In The Water. I even liked The Village.

And what's wrong with Stephen King anyway?

The Village was a BIG advertising scam: the movie stunk.
Then was the interview with Shyamalan supposedly about his mysteriousness - bull!
Now the new movie - I'm not even going there, or renting it!
It already shows a glimpse of some weird off the wall creature in the woods!
He's a wann'a be!

Some of his stuff is good - Signs, The Sixth Sense.

But The Village was a loser.

I don't think he's half as good a story teller as King. The Shining? Carrie? Shawshank Redemption? Stand By Me? The Green Mile? Masterpieces...

His best movie, and last great movie, was Sixth Sense. He was unique. Ever since then, the audience has been waiting for his twists and he's been trying way too hard to provide them... in being so desperate to "trick" the audience, he's become obvious and trite. Too bad. I thought he might have a great entertaining streak in him. (Though he did help on Stewart Little!)

I loved sixth experience and Unbreakable, woman contained in the Water replaced into type of ok-ish, and that i truly disliked The Village, signs and indicators, and The happening. The Village truly had no plot, The happening needs no rationalization, and in signs and indicators, I propose... a set of extraterrestrial beings come to a planet it is seventy 5% water, attack people that are seventy 5% water, and then they finally end up to be(for a lack of added ideal words) allergic to water.

He should stick to making movie trailers. Those are amazing. Then you see the movies and they're complete disappointments. The Lady in the Water looks good, but I remember thinking The Village looked good and it ended up sucking.

I love his movies. They are unconventional and always interesting to watch. I know the critics accuse him of being full of himself and corny, but I am just always entertained by everything he does. (Well, except maybe Signs).
