no...many stormtroopers are in fact enlist soldiers form outer rim plantes who just want more out of life...that doesnt mean how ever that there arent any clones left... majority of storm troopers are in fact clones, but many are clones of rich people instead of well trianed figthers, many officers also liked to get themself cloned thinking that who better to protect them then themselfs
hoped i helped

Technically, yes and no.

At the beginning of the Empire, yes, all stormtroopers were clones. Clones were simply changing their clone uniform for stormtrooper armor. But, you must relize, clone grow at twice the rate of normal humans. No way would there be 70 year old clones at Endor! After some of the clones started to die off, the Empire just hired people to be stormtroopers. This is even shown slightly in the movies, when in Episode IV, Luke states he wants to join the Imperial Acadamy. So, if you want an answer, it just depends on what timeframe of the Empire you're looking at. Hope this helps. :-)

There are books that cover the time frame between the movies...they found that clones proved to be mentally unstable and so they stopped using clones and started using enlisted people (mainly humans) from outer region planets. The Empire preferred humans to the other alien life forms. BTW Bobba Fett is a clone of Jengo Fett...the clone troopers are what are in the 2nd and 3rd movie and then when you get to the 4th-6th it is storm troopers. They have different helmets and the suits are different. You can find different star wars books that give more insight and information if you really want.

Stormtroopers were clones of Jango Fett, not Boba Fett, as revealed in Episode 2. This is why Leia tells Luke he's "a little short for a stormtrooper" in Star Wars A New Hope (known to non-geeks as just plain Star Wars)

Following episode 3 after the clones died off due to the genetic programming performaed by the kamino cloners, humans were the only species allowed in Palpatine's Army. So before and up to episode 3 they were clones afterwards they were human.

The storm troopers are the clones. They once were the Clone Army, but than the Emperor turned them into the Empire's army.

No they were not clones. If you read the books it is very clear. The empire uses a forced draft and brainwashes people to form thier mindles completly controlable storm troopers.
