I'd suggest a body shop as the labor rate is less than a mechanical shop and they'll be more familiar with the vehicle and its quirks. A body shop that is owned by a dealer of the make vehicle you own would be a good candidate, but be sure they also have a good name in the area.

Most larger cities have businesses that specialize in this sort of repair. Here we have Water Doctors and Rain Worx, both of these companies repair water leaks in vehicles only. I would suggest a look in the yellow pages, or your local dealer may already be using a company such as this to repair the leaks on the vehicles they have. We call these guys in on our water leak repairs, and they come to us and fix it where we are, instead of us having to take the vehicle to them. May be something worth looking into, if nothing is available like this in your area, a body shop is what I would suggest.

By just the question, I thought you meant a problem with the water pump or the radiator, but your explanation shows you mean water is leaking into the vehicle because a door isn't closing securely. Take it to a body shop.
