you may be able to sense spirits..when this happens do not be afraid..instead, in a clam voice ask what the person wants..see what happens

MY friend has that happen to her all the time, one time me and my neighbors mom actually saw a guy standing behind her but when she turned around he disapeared. My neighbors mom believes it is her guardian angel protecting her because she is really depressed. She has almost killed herself a couple of times, but decided better of it before doing it. So I'm not sure maybe it is a guardian angel are you having any big problems???
It also only happens to her at night

OH MY GOSH YES! it usually means that you are missing someone, someone was looking at you, or you have an imaginary friend thats somehow found a way into reality using a multidimentional portal... that last one happened to me once...

it has happened to me many times. i dont think its a ghost or a guardian angel or any of that stuff, i think its just your bodies way of protecting itself. it has to do with survival of the fittest, it is your body keeping you alert in times that could potentially be dangerous, even if nobody is there, when it happens you are usually in a situation where you are alone, or in the dark, so your body is making sure that you are alert, just in case if someone comes.

It happens to me in a strange neighborhood. I am just watching my back. No big deal.

It happens to me all the freakin time. I hate it. But I don't think it actually means anything. Some people say though that it's a ghost or a guardian angel watching you. I dunno, I guess it just depends on what you believe.
