Check out community theaters -- they are usually begging for more male actors and are a great place to learn. Also play improv games with friends -- like the ones on "Whose Line is It?" Watch people and mimic everyone.

Audition for a community Theater production or voluteer to work on one. Find community theaters in your area... they're all over the place.

If your school has a drama department, audition for the plays. Also, ask your parents to call the YMCA, or, YWCA, sometimes they teach acting.
