I just bought a used vehicle recently. It appears that the previous owner sprayed Armor-All on the interior and got some on the windows. He never wiped it off and it must have dried, now I can't get it off my windows. I've tried Windex, vinegar and even acetone. I have never seen anything like this. Can you help?

Do the windows have an aftermarket tint on them? If so the tint film has decayed and needs to be stripped off and replaced. If no tint the "membrane" that stops the glass from splintering upon impact is faulty. If you cant live with it like that take it to a glass shop and have the defective glass replaced. There isn't alot that will stain window glass in a vehicle.
