This is the exact quote from the personality test:

"You are a skywalker. You love adventure, both intellectual and physical. And you greet new challenges with passion and bravery."

I was wondering if "skywalker" has an actual definition, other than as a last name in Star Wars. You can imply the answer by reading the rest of the personality assessment, but is there a real definition, even one from Star Wars, that lists the characteristics of a person who is considered a skywalker?

Thanks.

I would think it means the brave, hero type. Not a bad conclusion to the test!

The only thing Skywalker is defined as is...

In the Star Wars universe, the Skywalker family is a Force-sensitive family started by Shmi Skywalker on Tatooine. Shmi's son, Anakin Skywalker, was apparently conceived by the midi-chlorians and born with the help of The Force, though her surname seems to imply the family has long been strong with the force. The ability to influence the midi-chlorians to create life may have been discovered by Darth Plagueis, a Sith Lord, lending a clue to Anakin's origins. Many fans speculate that either Plagueis or his apprentice, Palpatine, may have been responsible for Anakin's conception and therefore would be his "father" based on the legend that Palpatine told to Anakin in Revenge of the Sith. The film seems to be deliberately ambiguous on this point.

After Anakin left Tatooine, Shmi married Cliegg Lars, becoming the stepmother of Owen. Owen later married Beru Whitesun, both of whom functioned as the caretakers of Luke Skywalker after the events of Revenge of the Sith.

As a Jedi Knight, Anakin secretly (and illegally, according to the rules of the Jedi), married Padmé Amidala, who gave birth to twins, Luke and Leia (Luke Skywalker has since formed a new Jedi Order, where the members are apparently no longer forbidden to marry). Luke was raised on Tatooine by his aunt and uncle (Beru and Owen Lars), while Leia was raised by Bail Organa and Queen Breha Organa on Alderaan.

In the Expanded Universe, Luke, following his sister's marriage with Han Solo and the birth of the Solo children, eventually married Mara Jade in 20 ABY and later, in 26 ABY, had a son named Ben.

According to an upcoming comic book series from Dark Horse called Star Wars: Legacy, which will take place 135 years after the end of Return of the Jedi, Cade Skywalker, son of Kol Skywalker [unsure how to edit bloodline below], and a direct descendant of Luke Skywalker (and presumably Ben Skywalker, though this has not been confirmed), is the last surviving Skywalker of his time around 140 ABY. From an early biography of Cade, it is shown that he has completely abandoned the Jedi way and has become a bounty hunter. What led him to turn away from the Jedi Order and what happened to the Skywalker and Solo family lines remains to be seen.

Chances are that your answer lies in the quiz description/title. A link to it might have helped, though. The description aligns well enough with Luke and Anakin Skywalker from the Star Wars saga (Padme and Leia too, even) that I think it has to be referring to them.

all Skywalkers from Star Wars found adventure wherever they went and whatever they did. No, it is not a real workd. George Lucas made it up.

Don't worry about the gimmick personality test's descriptions. Worry if you ever fail a real personality test!!! I knew a girl who failed one 2 times and didn't go back to try it again!!
