MYSPACE USERS..Are You Aware?
A banner advertisement posted on the MySpace Web site may have infected more than one million users with adware, according to security firm iDefense. The advertisement was included in user profiles on MySpace and could have been operating for about one week.
DO NOT OPEN..exp.wmf.
My Question is were you aware of this warning? and do you still use Myspace. Thanks
Anyone else find it odd that Myspace and Yahoo Messenger are down at the same time?
Maybe someone is planning an attack on the internet and these 2 big sites are the test attacks.
What do you think?
I heard theres a virus problem and this is all a cover up

me too just right now about the virus it started this weekend and there is an ad too dont click on it at all nothing at alll dont do it sorrry i have to warn you guys too
we are all going to die from heat and no myspace and yahoo messenger

had no idea about the warning....and yes still am using myspace.
it does seem odd that both are down, but myspace was fine for me until this evening, and messenger has been down all afternoon for me. so, I think it is coincidence

oh, gosh. this is scary. hahahhaha. its pretty sad when this is the biggest problem for young teens in our lives right now, when there are thousands of soldiers in Iraq risking their lives for us. and are we concerned about them? no. what were concerned about is stupid websites that dont even matter.
and, dont worry, this isnt a stab at you. i just find it funny and extremely ludacris.
Cause, hell, i would LOVE to be on myspace right now!
but its not the end of the world, people.
come on.

Myspace could be extra effectual for the final teenager and/or song expert. facebook could be extra effectual for each individual else. i'm an average teenager and that i like facebook plenty extra effectual. i won't be in a position of describe why.

The banner ad only implies to unpatched versions of Internet Explorer. Meaning if you kept your computer up to date you are safe from it.

I wasn't aware of that thanks, I still use myspace...I did run my adware scan earlier though and removed everything.
