the email address is 7 yrs old. maybe somebody else filled all that info for me because i was unknown to internet at that time. how can i get my passowrd back pl help
i am living in india. already written the whole matter to yahoo but i have recd no answer on my alternate email addres what should i do .

i am living in india. already written the whole matter to yahoo but i have recd no answer on my alternate email addres what should i do .
it all started on 20th july when i changed the password in the morning and in the vening i was not able to open themessenger by the passowrd. then i tried to get new password by entering into their questionaire and my account was disabled .
can i get my password back ?

messenger and some other services are down at the moment- they are working on it, but no time frame is available at the moment.

do not worry the servers are down its not that your password is wrong. yahoo hopes to be back up and running in the next 24 to 48 hours
