Attila the Hun, cuz, he was kind, but very cruel and fierce at the same time....powerful, with only bows and arrows and horse....conquered part of Europe..
BTW, did you read in National Geographic that in Modern China Ghengis Khan has approx. 16 million descendants??....

My favorite dictator is Fidel Castro. He was friends with Ernesto "Ché" Guevara. That whole revolution thing is pretty cool. However, he doesn't support his people. No dictators have done that I guess.
