pictures for questions?

ok so i have 4 pictures and for some reason i cant get them to show for my icon
i have it set public and it wont show them
how do i change that
for 360??

It is probably a side effect of todays massive server failures. Since some servers cannot update, the setting is not finalizing. Give it a little time.
