yeah its perfectly ok. i know a few guys who have done it and they look great. just go to a good reputable doc. average cost in the US is about $4000 but it can go up to $10 000 in some posh places

I think it's ok, but you should really think it over. That's your nose, and perhaps is not that bad. But if you're sure you want a nose surgery, I'd say go for it! Whatever makes you live happier.

Yes it is OK for anyone to have surgery...either nose for either a girl or a guy!!!! Some guys now a days go in for liposuction and all sorts of stuff..really!!!

I believe freedom of both sex's and yes it's fine if you don't like your nose and got the money and time to recoup from the surgery then go for it dude

Go to google to find a plastic surgeon and cost also. I think a lot of people would have it done if they had the money.

If the fight he was in that broke it, made the local crime news, then its okay to get surgery. If it didn't then he's gotta' take it to the grave with him.

Every wants to improve themselves me personally am against plastic surgery but, you should if its your desicion and no one elses be sure its what you want you have to live with it.
