Actually blue eyes are a birth defect (not kidding, even though my fiancee has 'em and I love 'em) and she actually can't see as well in the dark. Which means she has less rods, or cones (which ever one picks up light) We've done personal tests and it's true. I can see hues and light better and she can see definitions and shades (if that makes sense) better. As far as green and hazel (I have hazel) I can't say...

It *can* make a difference with your sensitivity to light. Since light will reflect more off of a lighter surface than a darker one... but I don't know that it's so much of a noticeable difference.

nope, we all see things the same. all people see through the black pupil part of the eye, not the colored part (the iris) surrounding it.
