I missed the last part of the movie?
How Capt Jack come back?
Did the Davy Jones die at the end?

captain jack got swallowed by the octopuss thing. davey jones did not die. and it ends by: the entire crew of jack's ship including elizabeth and will go to revisit that witch doctor lady, and they all agree that they would risk their lives to search for jack. and she says in order to find him you'll need a captain that knows those waters. and captain balbossa from the fist movie limps down the stairs. he asks, 'so, whats become of my ship' the screen goes blank--the credits start rolling...yeah for number 3 next year

Uh, Jack got eaten by that octopus dude, the crew went to visit the chick in the shack on the river (which, by the way was awesome, 'cause that thing is in the ride at Disneyland), and then Cpt. Barbosa from the first one comes out and says he'll lead the crew to the end of the world to help get Jack back. Pretty much sets you up for the 3rd one. And no I don't think Davy Jones died, that'll be in 3 I guess

It wasn't Captain Jack Sparrow we saw at the end of the movie but Captain Barbossa (the Captain of the Black Pearl in the 1st movie).
The question is how is Barbossa still alive.The answer could lies with the monkey.If you notice it is still curse. Now if you have watched the 1st movie we saw Jack Sparrow shot Barbossa with the gun and Will Turner lifted the curse and thus made Barbossa mortal again.
There is a sence after the credits in the 1st movie which showed the monkey taking the medallion again. I imagined it gave one to Captain Barbossa and thus both of them being curse again.
Davy Jones is still alive but his heart is gone. It is now in the possesion of the East Indian Company.
And for Captain Jack Sparrow, we saw him being swallowed by the Kraken which led us to believe he's dead. If you had pay attention to both of the movies, Captain Jack Sparrow is not one so easily to get rid of. He had survive a lot of crisis and he will survive this one too. He draws his sword and ready to fight the Kraken indicates he's not gonna give up so easily.
After all he's Captain Jack Sparrow is he not . What will the 3rd movie be without him.

We find out what becomes of our beloved characters in the third film.

Capt Jack was swallowed up by the Kracken.Then all the crew went to see the voodoo woman in the swamp,all down and ****,then out pops Captain Barbosa asking if they wanted to find jack and the black pearl! I think he was boinking the voodoo lady!!

And I have to add...I about jumped out of my seat when Elizabeth planted a long wet one on Jack Sparrow. Oh...My...Gosh...what I would have paid to be in her shoes!
