Good. Just remember that now when you want to freely speak in public at an event, you may have to excercise your right of "free speech" from inside of a "free speech zone" cage on the other side of town (like in Wash DC)

Free speech ain't what it used to be.

Free speech is there, but there are still limits on it, such as defamation of character, hate speech, racism and incitement, speeches designed to incite a riot, etc. There is always a balancing act between the interests of keeping free expression as full as possible, while protecting individuals and society at the same time.

so many people love free speech as long as they are the ones who get to determine what speech is wrong and what is acceptable. This used to be called hypocrisy.

yes i love it. that's why pres. bush should not be criticized for cursing. everybody does it. it is a way to express feeling. if we diidnt have free speech, the country would be in turmoil. that's why its good to live in the good ole' USA.

i think there isnot a "free speach"... laws always somehow stop you. like "You have the righ to reamain silent" and yeah stuff like that. Hey this opion is coming from a 14 year old.
