laquer thinner probably has the best chance without destroying the fabric, if it is natural fabric. If it is synthetic, al bets are off!. It might take out other colors as well though.

Wet the area, squeeze some of the dishwasher detergent on to the clothing. Make it thick enough so you can't see the stain through the gel.Use a clean dry face cloth, and gently rub the stain, working the gel around until it almosts disappears. You should be seeing the stain starting to disappear.

If it is still there, put a little more gel on it and rub with your cloth again. It will come out this time. If it works the way it did for me you won't even know there was a pen mark there.

if its gone thru the dryer, the stain is probably set in stone, I a blue gel pen blow up in my wash when I accidentally left it in a pocket when doing the washing, my work pants, work shirts (blue so could hardly see it, jeans, and one of my favorite tshirts got gooped. I used quite a bit of the stain remover stuff (comes in a spray bottle) i took the top off, poured a bunch in, washed rinsed repeated a few times. Work pants came out perfect, work shirts and blue jeans no problem can still see a bit in the jeans, but barely noticable. cotton tshirt, the stains faded alot but never came out of the fabric. so my tan tshirt has a few blue dots all over it. I can live with that, good luck, I think the product I used was shout.
