Instead of searching for one, why don't you concentrate on being a fair, informed, rational reader? If you pigeonhole most news outlets into certain biases, you'll drive yourself nuts.
Keep an open mind about things, read as much as you can from as many different sources as you can. Try to keep in mind that some media corporations try to impose certain agendas but 99 percent of U.S. journalists take their jobs very seriously and try to report in the most accurate and engaging way they can.
Searching the news media for the most moderate source implies that you think much of it is slanted. By expanding the scope of what you're reading and watching, you'll notice the most eggregious examples of bias (particularly among the cable networks and new media). You'll also probably notice that the majority of U.S. journalists are fair or at the very least are trying to be. And you'll really be able to notice when they're not.
Seriously, there's too much information and good reporting out there to pick one "moderate" source and run with it.
