why don't some governments allow students still studying in universities join political organisations?

for example...the government of malaysia?
i'm researching for a debate and i'm just trying to find the rationale..thanks!

because the students can't spell organizations.....

nahhh JK but seriously because they don't want them speaking out against the government, because the government is always right *rolls eyes*
