I don't think you're cheating, you're probably confused and frustrated. Besides, it's just a dream! I hope it's highly impossible of you to cheat on him with all his friends.
Perhaps you should relax about conceiving for a while, the stress is not helping out either. Remember that there are a lot of ways to get pregnant of your husband. Take it easy, and keep your mind out of tempting thoughts that will only hurt your relationship.
Good luck!

You are not cheating, so long as you don't take it any further, since your dreams you already feel more comfortable with his friends and maybe a little excited when they are around. Just be careful.
I believe it is totally natural for a woman trying to conceive to get frustrated when it doesn't happen real soon (pregnant), and our 'genes' tell us to reproduce, we start looking for a more 'potent' partner. Not saying anything is wrong with your husband. Not indicating infidelity, what I speak of is in the sub conscious.
My advise is to take a break from trying to make a baby, no planning, no hoping, no anything about a baby for say 1-2 months, and don't get upset when you cycle, you are gonna be fine, you will have children, when the time is right.
May your future be wonderful.

Well, for one thing, you can't help what you dream about. That is beyond your control. I think you are just having issues with not being able to conceive. But don't be so hard on yourself, ok? It will be ok in the end. I wish you luck in conceiving.

yes, it probably is because of your troubles conceiving - your subconscious is trying to suggest ways for your body to carry on its genes. talk to a doctor (if you haven't already) and if you can get some sort of fertility treatment etc., the dreams will likely stop.

hope that's helpful

no you are just feeling insecure about being able to have a baby with your husband, i am sure that if you contact a fertility doctor and he asures you everything is fine, or tells you ways to help you concieve, you will be thinking all about your hubby and baby.
