When my husband looks at me straight in the eyes and smiles - for no reason - I just catch him looking at me.
When he sneaks up behind me at the kitchen sink and says I just looked irresistible from his point of view.
When he sings you are my sunshine on our anniversary.
When he holds my hands through panic attacks, or when I'm too weak to help myself get dressed or go to the bathroom and it doesn't make me feel like I'm imposing on him.
When he puts away the dishes, even if they are in the wrong place, because he knows that today it's all I can do to stay awake and even be in the living room on the sofa.
When he makes the dogs get on the love seat so I can sit beside him while we watch a movie together.
When he holds my hand and prays that no matter what we go through God is our strength and we go through it together.
Why all these little trivial things? Because they are little bits of himself that he is giving to me - and money can't buy them.

First of all, I don't love money. What I do love is: the little things in life that you get from someone that you love. Like a look in their eyes that says I love you. Being told that you are loved many times. Being held when you need comfort just because they care for you. That first hug and kiss that you get after you have been away from them for several days. An e-card, just because you were thought of. To me, the best things and the things that I love the most are the ones that money just can't and never will be able to buy. Sappy? Yes. But you asked, I answered!!!

Intimacy - that comes from being so close to someone that its hard to distinguish where one ends and the other begins. It can be physical, mental, emotional and found in different people. You can have physical and emotional intimacy with your lover/spouse/mate. You can have mental intimacy with a colleauge at work, in school, etc. But its all intimacy - its all about sharing a very special part of who you are with someone else.

Well m in my experience since they in general are very shallow and superficial they love money and the most popular hobby is shopping. However they don't like to spend their own money though, that's the guy's job ...

I'm a woman and I could care less about money, all I enjoy is hanging out with friends and having a laugh, then I like to have peace and quiet!

to feel fought for, like we are worth it. to stop having to apologize for what makes women feminine.
because the more people talk about how men are so easy to please, and the belittling of any woman who actually says she needs her man to be sensitive toward her (not sensitive where he cries at hallmark commercials), the more we think we have to make ourselves as low maintenance as possible.
even if it means squelching our very real and valid emotional and relational needs.

I like being touched throughout the day. Not just when he wants sex. Gentle touching and pulling me close throughout the day makes me feel close to him so that I want more when it's time.
I also like it when his words are gentle, not crude.
