Go to office depot, office max, staples or walmart, etc and buy "canned air" which can be called canned air, air duster, etc. It is compressed air in a can with a tiny nozzle. You just shoot it at your keyboard and it will clean out all the junk...you will even see it fly out!

Air duster works great for getting the stuff under the keys. A few weeks ago, I decided to clean all the keys but couldn't figure out how to pop them off. I got a whole bunch of Q-Tips, dipped them in rubbing alcohol, and started scrubbing. The keys are like new! :) It just took a lot of patience to do each one.

simple way is a q-tip between the keys but carefully. or a knife and baby wipe can clean, just don't go past the edge of the key. some keyboards have keys that are easily removed and wiped off. i even slightly tap the edge of the keyboard face down to tap loose stuff from the keyboard. at least all of theses are cheap ways to get it clean..

I bought a can of that compressed air stuff and it has a long nozzle you attach - works great. I got mine at Wal-Mart for something like $4.95 then found out it was about $3 cheaper at Office Depot.

pop the keys off and clean away... just don't forget where each key goes! haha! I've done that... so yeah if you're that OCD like me and want it to be SUPER clean, pop the keys off and lay them out in order and clean all the gunk out then pop the keys back on!
