I have seen this movie, and I rather enjoyed it. Love the sheer 80'sness of it. Love how all the kids finally (once again, in fine 80's form) bare their souls to each other and become friends. My favorite scene is close to the beginning of the movie, when they won't talk to each other and are just trying to pass the time by doing dumb crap. Loved Judd Nelson's character (Bender) because he was such a pain, but a smart, funny pain. Were I to meet him in real life (and there have been several like him) I wouldn't know whether to hate him or love him. I think the basis of its appeal is that everyone that watches it can relate to one of the kids and everyone wishes for a brighter tomorrow where all the freaks and geeks become friends with the jocks and princesses...

That's all from memory...shows how much I LOVE this movie. If I had to pick a favorite character, which is hard cuz the movie relies on every character together I would pick John Bender. I love his sarcasm!! Despite the fact he's an asshole you feel sorry for him because of his family situation in the movie and he's just awesome! DId you know that John Cusak was origionally cast as the criminal, but replaced by Judd Nelson last minute?

It's an awesome film! My favorite part is when the gang is sitting around, telling why they ended up in detention. Anthony Michael Hall's character, Brian, admits to having a gun in his locker, Emilio Esteve's character, Andy, admits her ducktaped some poor kids butt cheeks together and then Ally Sheedy's character, Allison, calmly says "I had nothing better to do." That was hilarious! It is a definite "coming of age" movie that everyone should watch.

very good movie. its a classic. everyone should see it atleast once. my favorite character is probably claire because at first you think she is snobby but it turns out that she is nice but just as lost and pressured as anyone else and plus I just like the concept of the good girl falling for the bad boy.... my favorite part is at the very end when Bender (the criminal) is walking across the football field with the music playing and then as he gets closer he raises his fist in the air and then it freezes right there. It is a good ending because you know that each one of them has changed and gives you hope that people in real life can change too.

I love that movie. My fave part is when Claire gives the gothy girl, Allison, a make over and than they do the song (its almost the end of the movie). I love all the characters

Saw it when it first came out. Liked it. Still like it. Many favorite parts, I can't pick just one. I like the Anthony Michael Hall character. I've lost count how many times I've watched, and I know I'll never tire of watching it.

I loved the Breakfast Club. It was one of the coolest movies made in the 80's. I liked when they were all dancing around in the library.

My favorite part has to be where Bender (Judd Nelson) sparks up a dube and shares it with the Nerd (Anthony Michael Hall)
After inhaling the Nerd states "Chicks cannot hold their smoke, that's what it is."

I love this movie..wow i haven't seen it in forever .
I Like Alison..that is the bad girl and i like Molly Ringwald..she rocks. I liked the beggining when they met eachother...but i can't remember much about it..but that i love it and i have a poster.
