Why do cheating women always get overlooked?

Its always about men. Men aren't the only ones who cheat. But let a woman tell it they are all angels.

It's no different than how a woman can sleep with a bunch of men and be considered a whore, but a guy can sleep with a bunch of girls and not be frowned upon one bit.

Most women are too busy cooking meals, doing the laundry, helping the children with homework, ironing his shirt and massaging his *whatever* to have time or inclination to cheat. A few manage it. My cousin's wife left him for a guy at work. But most women just aren't wired that way. Men, however, are a different story. I believe that scientists will eventually realize that men do, in fact, have two brains and that men can in fact think with the contents of that sack-like organ than hangs between their legs, and that this second "brain" can, if not carefully trained and kept in check, take control of the other, higher brain, and lead a man to do all kind of things that are asinine, stupid, illogical, and even criminal. Women, lacking this part of the human anatomy, must rely on their higher brain even in maters of the heart. The closest thing we have to the male "second brain" are ovaries, which, for several days of the month do secret a substance similar to that produced by the secondary male "brain." This substance induces a state in women known as PMS. Men constantly live in a hormonal state of PMS... which explains a lot. Anyway, I digress. Some women do cheat. Yes. And there are a few men who don't. Yes. Next question?

It's even worse when a woman cheats in a way. One of the most basic biological fears of men is that the child within their wife's uterus is not theirs. This is the reason so many pregnant women are murdered and beaten, which is just horrible, but men become crazy by this fear, and they become enraged and would even kill and do kill for this reason. I believe that women speak of love a lot, but I truly believe that men love deeper than women. A man is willing to die for the woman he loves... a woman... probably wouldn't do it for the man... because she has a different love, the love to nurture and raise her children. She cannot sacrifice herself for just a sperm donor. A man however, must protect the precious woman with the few and delicate eggs, and the body in which his children will grow and will feed his children. Women are the bigger investment, men are expendable. This is why if a man cheats, as long as he is providing for his children and wife, it can be overlooked. It is bad within our society, but biologically speaking, not unnatural. Women on the other hand, to cheat, is to betray that trust, that the child that the man is providing for and protecting is in fact his.

This is human nature. Men need to tell women how they feel more often and women will get it. Sometimes they cheat because they aren't getting just some words... just one hug, it's so simple. Men can totally fix this problem.

I don't necessarily think they get overlooked...my god, they're the basis for why country music exists! I think it's just because men are better at moving on than women are. Women tend to dwell on negative things like cheating, lying, etc. than men do. Most men seem to have a better ability of saying "whatever" and moving on with their lives. And I just want to point out that I'm not saying "all" men or "all" women...just most.

I do agree with you, and I have sympathy. Men are always portrayed as pigs when they cheat but if women do it it must be because they were pushed into it by their neglectful man or some such thing. Always excuses for us women and our shameful behaviors, but none for you guys. It is no different than the way these female pedophiles are treated compared to the male ones.

It's very biased and I don't know how it will ever change.

That's life, get used to it! Whenever a woman cheats on you be as unforgiving as you expect her to be on you. Or be as forgiving as you would want her to be whenever you're the cheater. Your choice. But don't let it be a thing to be overlooked ever, it causes too much pain to act like it ain't nothing. Just look for signs without becoming paranoid if you remain clueless.

I didn't know that people overlooked cheating women. I think cheating is horrible, whether it's a male or female doing the cheating.

I've never overlooked a cheating woman. Cheating is wrong whoever does it. If you aren't happy in a relationship, then leave it.

I don't see it that way at all. Rarely do you hear the term, "sl ut" applied to a man. In fact, when a woman cheats, I've heard:

somehow that doesn't equate to angelic to me.

Cheating by any sex is wrong, period.

Yeah, women probably cheat as much or more than men, they just cover their bases better, and are caught at it alot less often.
