How may I download (burn) a podcast to a cd? I known how to load it to a mp3.?

I have a friend who is afraid to download and listen to a podcast (virus', etc_) I would like to burn a cd and therefore may be listened to on a cd player!!

Once you have the MP3 you can use Windows Media Player, or maybe WinAMP to burn the MP3 to CD. You will have to make sure you specify whether you want it to be a Music CD that you can play in a regular CD player or leave it in MP3 Data format so you can play it on a computer or other devices that can play MP3 files.
