Why is 8 inches on a ruler always equal 3 inches to a woman?

Because most guys are insecure about that kind of stuff. They feel that they are less of a man if their manhood isnt big enough. Most likely they're right, not because they're too small, but because they're lacking the confidence to go wild on a woman and make her night, just with the equipment they already have.
Guys want to impress women. Its natural.
