If it happens to be a 18-23 foot cuddy cabin, e-mail me.

Auto-trader takes time to publish/print/sell and it seems to be filled up mostly with dealers anyway.

eBay has challenges too-- you probably won't get a super-quick sale, especially if someone has to come from more than 100 miles away to buy it / look at it. Also, I've heard that lots of eBay auto sales don't really go through after bidding ends. People often back out.

I've tried to advertise in Pennysavers and "free" papers, but I haven't had any luck.

The local paper is probably the quickest/best way. I've sold lots of stuff through my local paper. As long as the price is right, you should get plenty of calls. ry a paper with a wide distribuation-- that is, a major aper in your area.

Another though... though it's probably a long shot, I think it's free to advertise on craigslist. Find the one for your area and try it... it's free: http://buffalo.craigslist.org/ (I've never sold anything through them so I don't know if it'll work or not.)

Good luck.

Advertise in the paper. It might not sound that great, but it really is. I've sold lots of things including my boat, office furniture, an old fridge, ski equipment, etc, through the paper. Believe it or not, people still read the paper and go bargain hunting.
