I think that is one of the things that makes it impossible to be completely happy, because I'm not sure of how to achieve that. So maybe I would be trully happy if I could figure out what complete happiness really is.

I think it's impossible. I have gotten everything I've ever wanted, and that hasn't necessarily made me completely happy. It's all a state of mind! And that takes lots of personal therapy for most of us!

Everyone has ups and downs. Happiness is not a black and white term. Happiness to me means self-confidence and and helping others. I am truely happy with myself. I have accepted myself for who I am and know I can do anything I set my mind too. I have goals I am striving for and mini goals I meet daily. I am feed, clothed, loved, loving, have shelter, and have purpose. My basic needs for happiness are meet. Everything means nothing, and nothing means everything!!
