ok, im small, but i have a very tiny tush, i mean almost like a wall:( any exercise or diet tips on firming and sculpting so i can have at least a little poof? i just wanna look decent in jeans:) help please

try butt-ups. We do them in dance classes. It's where you lay down like you're going to do a sit up. But push your butt up off the ground, so that it becomes a 45-degree angle to your calf. Basically, you just do them repetitively. Here's a website with more exercises...

exercise that area and buy jeans that help and create curves. i have a little butt too but i bound a&f jeans and they make my butt look huge! (thats what veryone says to me)

haha i have plenty of booty i can give to you XD
okay before, i didnt really have a booty but now since i've been working out my butt has gotten "out" more...not FAT but like its starting to stick out in a good way..do lunges, squats, and lotss of jumping! :D
