Do every type of cardio you can. This includes running, jogging, walking, riding a bike, pilaties, or yoga; anything that gets your heart rate up. Your body will burn more calories once it has an elivated heart rate.

To ensure that you burn the max calories possiable you need to do something called HIIT, High Intensity Interval Training. This means that you will run for a while, then walk, then jog; you will always change your pace. By chaning your pace your body does not adapt to it's current work load. Your body will learn how to effeciently burn fewer calories to do the same activity, so by changing your pace the body is unable to adapt, so in the end you burn more calories then you would have if you maintained a constant pace.

I think you look cute and don't really need to lose weight. But if you want an answer I'd say to run REALLY fast for 10 seconds and jog for one minute. Keep repeating this over and over until you can't do it anymore, or about 15-20 minutes. Remember Run-jog-run-jog without stopping. When you get better at it you can do it for longer.

I do cardio every day for at least half an hour. Then I do weight training afterwards. This helps to burn up calories and keep my muscles toned. Also, try keeping to a healthy diet, but that doesn't necessarily mean you have to go all out health nut. Just try to eat well. =)
