if you can catch them, sometimes Cartoon Network shows some old cartoons, but a much better bet is their spin-off network, Boomerang. It is nothing but older cartoons. Available on DirectTV for certain, I don't know if it is available on Dish Network or cable.

Those cartoons were actually FUNNY! I miss bugs bunny, woody woodpecker, tom and jerry and the jetsons.

personally I think it's an evil plot by a secret government agency to get our kids to grow up faster -
well neener neener on them, I just keep acting like a kid myself at 37, and encourage others to do the same!!
of course my 2.5 year old is obliged to scoff at me every once in a while - but if you can't scoff at your Mom who can you scoff at???

I dont know but that sucks!!...but if u wanna see old cartoons go to www.youtube.com and type in banned cartoons!!..i think you'll like what u find!!!
