I've emailed some of my friends and they all say that Myspace isn't working for them either. Does it have to do with too many people on it, or what? What's going on? Is there a connection between Yahoo being down and Myspace being down? Thanks! :)

i mean yahoo messenger. it's not my computer or connection, trust me. haven't u noticed everyone complaining about their messenger, faith?

After facing flak for being a platform where pedophiles find their preys, MySpace.com has run into trouble again. This time the trouble pertains to a banner ad that downloads malware on surfers' computers. The real nature of the ad, for DeckOutYourDeck.com, was discovered by VeriSign iDefense analyst Michael La Pilla, who found that the ad downloaded a file called exp.wmf, which installed five adware on a vulnerable computer. However, those who downloaded the patches released in January by Microsoft were safe against the Windows Metafile (wmf) attack as were Firefox 1.5 users.
MySpace chief security officer Hemanshu Nigam, in a statement, said the company was investigating into the incident. “This is a criminal act. This ad is being delivered by ad networks who distribute these ads to over a thousand sites across the Internet in addition to ours. We are working to have these ad networks remove this ad so that they do not appear on our site,” he said.
So I guess, I'm thinking it will be back in 24 hours due to the heat. Also, Y! Messenger has log in issues. So your internet connection might not be your problem. Clearly, it affects all computers around the world.

Yes myspace is down... It was down last night and then today i got on and tom had posted a message that their was a power outage (or something) that affected some people and that it messed up myspace and hes got to fix it..... I just tryed to get on and its down again.... this is the message i get....

yahoo messenger is havin service connection difficulties. they say it will be back up soon, so dont worry, we'll prob have it by tomorrow. myspace have a power outage, so that will be back up soon to.and whoever said that their aint a prob, yes their is, havnt u seen all the questions about it!!!? so yeah, just wait until lyke tomorrow and u'll have it again
