i don't know.. it's not always based on who looks better.. but i will agree that something about Miss. Brazil tells me she'll do well.. but Miss.Canada is pretty too..

who knows ? Last year 4 out of the top 5 were latin-american and CANADA won MISS UNIVERSE. So who knows? But it'd be cool if one did.hehehe.
