Some people are good, and some are not. You can not lump any group and say all are bad/good. It doesn't matter their heritage, color etc.

Fear creates hypocrisy. I believe that the majority of people DO realize that they shouldn't blame the entire race or religion for the actions of a few, however it's much easier to simply say "Damn those Muslims" rather than "Damn those brain-washed Al Qaeda mostly middle-eastern people!" A lot of people however, are of course, ignorant and generalize too much. Everyone generalizes because generalizing works, stereotypes are mostly true, that's why they get to be stereotypes, however this process becomes dangerous when you rudely treat someone a certain way because of predesposed ideas. As for blacks and gays, people don't openly criticize them as widely anymore because both issues have been so exhausted that people have just given up, and also the media today reports more and more about horrible things happening with arabs than they do the issues with blacks and gays.
Now, for my personal side. I believe that EVERYONE is racist in some small way. Everyone at times sees stereotypes in action and blames the entire race in their minds, everyone is initially more comfortable with ppl that share the same background as the, and everyone is more accepting of their own culture rather than other cultures because they feel safe there. This is human nature and has been so for thousands of years and will not change. Granted, thankfully, people are much more accepting of other groups than ever before, but there will always be some racism, and this really is not AS bad of a thing as people make it out to be until that racism is taken to a violent or emotionally harmful way.
And people are blind for two reasons: their ignorance and stubborness that follows won't let them change their thinking and be wrong. And also, its easier to be blind.

Do you see any brotha's and sista's from da hood doing mass suicide bombings in this country? Nope.. neither from the gays. I think its that funky towel they wear on their heads, they must be hiding something in there.
Who wouldn't say the N word? Which one by the way. There is a whole dictionary full of N words. Do you mean ******? It is just a word. And I think it applies derogatorily to bad people of all colors. Yes I would refuse a guy to work for me if he is gay. But a Lesbian.. now those are hard workers.
Sheesh.....

Because most of those people are full of hate and they need a way to get it out... it is totaly the wrooong way to do it though.. but there is nothing anyone can do about it (unless we take em all into a gas chamber haha.. JK!) Just like the KKK, its still going strong in some states, its sad. i guess satan has corrupted their mind on human equality and fairness. im sure their time will come where they are judged on what they have done in life, and have to pay for it for eternity

When people all of one race and religion kill thousands of your friends, family and countrymen in one fail swoop it is hard not to look upon those that resemble them with suspicion. The Bigger question here is will there ever be a time when Man gets over the "my god is better than your god" fight? A silly childish fight that it is in what is supposed to be an enlightened age!!

Not all Islamic people are terrorists, but it seems that all terrorists are islamic.
The problem is that if Arabs are not truly supporting their islamic brothers, they are at least sympathetic to their cause.
Islam is where christianity was 500 years ago, ,its a bloody religion based on conquest in total defiance of its own teachings.

of course not. the problem is problem is that right now the "enemies" don't believe in non-violent protest. in the case of martin l. king and ghandi they used non-violent protest to show that the "civilized" people that were oppressing them weren't so civilized after all, and guess what it worked. the "enimies" should do the same thing. propaganda and the media will always be used to by the oppressors to justify they're actions to the public. and that's what's happening since the "enimies" aren't doing non-violent protest.

Stupidity. That's the basic, simplest answer.
It shouldn't be ok at all, for anyone. Hell, I even think blacks calling eachother "******" is racist - and I am black!
So yea, there are just more stupid people in the world than there are smart and intelligent ones.
