Not a different band, just a bigger cup size. The key, from what I know is the measuring. Start below the breasts, and make a TIGHT measurement (that's the number (add five and if it's not an even number go up one)), the go to the biggest part of the breast and measure around there. The difference between those two measurements is the cup size, so if it's 3 inches you're a C (which you're not), so you're probably a 4 or 5 in. diff.

you need a larger cup size. if you are a 38C now try a 38D. If that is too loose around the ribs try 36D. Most nice department stores have Free bra fittings (so does Victoria Secret). they will help you find the perfect bra. There isn't much that looks worse than quadra-boob, so get a bigger bra.

The cup is the size of your breats which means that will change if you go bigger. the number is the size of your rib cage and all that good stuff. so the number will or should stay the same and the cup will change. but bras are different so you should just go measure your self or try different sizes on.

You are wearing a bra that is too small. Get one that fits you; don't get hung up on the numbers. Some of the better department stores have experts who can help you select a style and size of bra that suits yu.

You need a bigger cup size...the number, 38 is the measurement around your rib cage...so,,,unless you've gained weight all over, 38 D or DD should work...go to a store and ask to be measured,,,you wouldn't be the first woman to do that.

I would recommend getting a professional fitting if you are unsure.
That is the best way to make sure you are wearing the right size bra.

No, you don't need to go up a band size, just a cup size. Or two, by the sound of it.

Your best bet would be to go to like Victorias secret or maybe Lane Bryant and get measured, they will usually do i free and help you out. It does sound like your wearing the wrong sizeI don't think you would have to go up in size around though. Like I said go in and ask it can't hurt>
