Why is it o.k for the U.S to support israel, but not o.k for other countries to support hezbollah.?

if this is a war then that means both sides should be supported. just because israel and the u.s say that the countries that are against them are terrorists, doesn't mean they cant help who they think is right

Good point. But the major problem is that anyone who would support the Hezbollah openly would in turn become a hated and bitter enemy of both the US and Isreal. That's not something many countries would enjoy doing for fear of being blown off the map. The US can not only inflict damage through war but also through the economy.

But we decide who is right, who is good, and who is evil. We can support Israel because it is pulverizing a nation, creating almost a million refugees now, and just lately preventing that country from means of communication and perhaps reporting and sending pictures abroad on the disaster Israel's forces are inflicting, only because Israel was attacked. Because Hezbollah started this, all Israel is doing is minimal measured self-defense. Israel is humane and only engaging in this savagery because it had no other choice.... Other countries cannot support Hezbollah because Hezbollah is a terrorist organization. Israel told us that it was.

Why isn't it o.k. for the US to support Israel? They have to defend their country just like we do. Matter of fact I like the way they are handling it. Now I betcha nobody screws with them like they screw with us. Except for Hez. They kidnapped just two of their soldiers and Israel shut a whole country down cause they are harboring the people who did it. Thats what we should have done with 9/11 and other conflicts to show these fools we aren't playing. But nooooo we playing footsie with a bunch of guys who don't even care about their own people and losing good men everyday because some douche bag wants to get elected or re-elected. because Israel will win this war even if others support hezbollah u see hezbollah has people that have been fighting for territory since long time ago it's been going on and off on their attacks but now they've messed with Israel who is very likely to respond back and protect it's people they've got good techniques to fight back and well they've got the right to defend their borders don't u think? now in our case US is also fighting the border but against who? the same people that come to work in the fields so we can have enough produce..or is it fighting terrorism by keeping the borders safe..and to all this what's safe mean afterall people pass the border without any problems..that can't be stopped..anyways well that's a different problem but in regards to ur question i believe israel is just trying to protect itself and hezbollah has no help because they've started this discontentment or rage whatever u want to call it..well that's my opinion..

hey darling, you may not understand facts; Lets say for instance we are FOR the new iraq, and the new iraq is against HAMAS, which is largerly oh say, SUNNI, and lets say oh, that Hezbala is largely Shiite; therfore, the new IRAQ would be, of ocurse FOR Herzbal, and therefor upset with the USA for not supporting the Hez'i's and therefor speaking up for, and supporting, Hez'i...
