Mine is Boys of Summer originally sung by Don Henley... redone by the Atari's. I always thought the original song drug a little.

Give the name of the song, the original artist, the remake artist, and why it's your favorite.

I don't get it... the same questions like "What is your fav song?", "What is your fav band?" I see over and over with lots of responses. I come up with a great question and I get 1 answer(a good one I might add) after 25 minutes. I just don't get it.

"Hazy Shade of Winter" by the Bangles was much better than the original by Simon and Garfunkle. I like it better because it' s much more fast paced, and you can't get it out of your head.

If you want to talk commercial success, then "I Will Always Love You" by Whitney Houston, previously done by Dolly Parton and one other was maybe the best. Hazy Shade of Winter was awesome too. But how about the live remake of Elton John's Daniel, by, I believe, Fuel. Outstanding.

The Sex Pistols version of "My Way", originally recorded by Frank Sinatra. The remake is totally different than the original, but is a perfect choice for sid Vicious.
