The fear of not being loved. I self sabotage all my relationships by being afraid that they don't really love me. Best wishes

There is a lot of fears that a person could have but as far as I know there is only one that I have that I pray that will never happen and that I will finally be able to over come. And that is the fear of Dying Alone the act of Dying does not scare or worry me but the fact of being alone and having no one care about you when that time happens is one of the most powerful ones that I have.

If I could overcome one fear it would be to stop worrying what everybody else is thinking. It seems like when I'm by myself it's the only thing I can think about, and then when i'm with my friends.. I feel insecure that they look better than me, Or that people are starring at me. It's been a problem of mine for so long, and I just want to stop worrying so bad.

Fear of dying. I don't want to leave this beautiful world and my loveones yet.
But i realize the best defense from fear is a good offense. What you imagine is almost always worse than the truth. So many times the "truth" you see in your mind is only the truth as you believe it to be. So sometimes the best thing is the very thing you fear, even if you have to do it afraid.

I fear deep waters and spiders and bridges. I also fear being alone. However out of all of those I mentioned, I'd say I'd like to overcome the fear of being alone.

My fear of elevators. It makes life difficult for me sometimes. I went to the Sears Tower in Chicago and that helped with my fear, but it still isn't gone.
