i am currently looking for computer parts to build a computer and i dont have a big budget and was wondring what graphi card do you think is better?

to the second post the only gaming i do is Halo, starcraft and Final Fantansy XI and maybe call of duty, i bought a graphic card worse then those that support those games excluding Call of Duty

wow that is one small budget
i wouldn't bother getting either, they arn't up to date enough
if ur not gaming, then why get those?
i would save up like 150 bucks and get the Geforce 6600 GT
or save up 180 and get the 7600 GT

After reading your 2nd post:
ahh okay, well then the 2nd card.
i didnt know what games you were running so i presumed that u were rnning some more high end games like Counter-strike, Doom, stuff like that.
but yea, the 2nd card should do well for those games
mostly cuz the 2nd card does have more vga mem, because taht really does make quite a difference until it reaches from 256 to 512, i never noticed a difference there though.
