and not as aa controled by people( like a program) and then transport back into a androide body?

I suppose what you are asking is if a person's conscienceness can be transfered, or at least copied, onto a computer system. I think that ultimately it might be possible to make a duplicate of the memories of someone and perhaps be able to generate likely responses, but believing that there is more to human conscienceness than a mere collection of neurons and electrochemical signals, I doubt that you could get the driving lifeforce behind everyone into a computerised world. However, I do think that it may be possible that a new entity can be formed based on the old, sort of a spiritual child of the person.

Ah, "the ghost in the machine" ... maybe someday, but the lawyers would have a field day with it ;) Oh, well, we could just load the entire Supreme Court and let them process this for awhile ... LOL
