I wouldnt because salicytic acid has been known to cause ryesyndrome in children

No, when I was breastfeeding Maya, and when pregnant, my estition wouldn't use any glycolic peels, alfa or beta hydroxy acids in my facials. She explained that the chemicals enter the blood steam and can tranmit to breastmilk.

I am pretty sure Salicytic acid is a beta acid, but it is one or the other for sure. Try exfoliating with a face scrub that uses manual exfoliation. But avoid scrubs containing nut shells since they can stretch and enlarge your pores.

Or try tea tree oil, my doc said it was safe when breastfeeding, and it workes like a dream. You can buy it at any health food store, or try thebodyshop.com they have a great blemish stick with tea tree oil.

Not on your breasts!!!!! Sparingly on blemishes will not hurt.Wash your hands well after applying it.I would say no--as long as your only using it on your face and washing your hands after applying.
