I really liked ''the sixth sense''... I think that Bruce Willis and the little boy (I don't remember his name) acted very well and the movie is very scary... however, I hated ''the village''... it's nonsense and disappointing... but there's another movie of his which I liked the best... it's ''signs''

I think that he is a great director and writer, but his movies often end up disappointing because they are too farfetched for most ppl. All though if you think about it all movies are kind of farfetched at one point or the other. I still think he is brilliant and that one day he'll write something again(like The Sixth Sense) that makes everyone appreciate him again. All of the greats fail many times, but when they succeed they succeed big!!!♥

M. Knight is a genius. When any of you have come up with a better story line and have made more money than him, then and only then will you have a leg to stand on to criticize him. Not everyone likes his work. Not everyone has the intelligence to appreciate a good director or movie maker. Go to the movies to support the industry-not for mindless entertainment.

i liked the trailer for his latest film, lady in the water, i think that that film is not as suspensful as the village , but just as entertaining as the sixth sense
because the trailer theme music for lady in the water, has this phantom of the opera quality to it, that makes it quite enjoyable , and a lot less likely to be suspensful

m. night shyamalan is my favorite director...i've studied his films and his skills. i've seen lady in the water, and i thought it was amazing...i really loved it, as did i with the village! i think his endings are some of the best parts...he lets you go with questions...and i understand most people don't like that...but i thinking about what actually happened!

He has GREAT ideas, he just can't flesh them out well enough. Maybe he tries too hard. Unbreakable was a GREAT idea, but it DROPPED right at the climax where you suddenly find out, "I'm your nemesis..." And then he gets arrested, roll credits. He should have sent him on a mission to go find a bomb he'd hidden or SOMETHING. I like his twists, but like I said, not enough character development and most importantly, PLOT and emotional development.

I agree but the ending to Unbreakable was good, the movie was average but I really liked the ending.

His style is one of my favorites so far.
