Invade is a bit too strong a word. Israel is preparing to assist Lebanon in the reduction of crime and violence by volunteering the use of Israeli soldiers and equipment. It's a gesture of common brotherhood, misreported by the media.

They have...and it doesn't look good for anyone there. A pity that Lebanon is being held hostage by the "Party Of God". They are terrorists that are ripping their country apart from the inside. I feel for the people of Israel...how would you like to live next to that? They really didn't have much of a choice....this Hezbollah is pure evil.

I haven't heard that on the news yet. I've heard they have their military lined up at the border.
Ok it was just on the news, Israel has sent tanks into Lebanon but not foot soldiers.

they just took a small force of about 5,000 into southern lebanon attacking villages that they believe hezbollah is at. they claim its not a full scale force yet.
