Its great, my sis-in-law bought it for me. I was very skeptical because I tend to have slightly dry skin and have always used liquid foundation. I will never go back to that---this make up is wonderful. It feels like you have nothing on--and it makes your skin look smooth. I have even noticed in the past several months since I started using this that my skin has improved. I would recommend the basic kit to start out, mine was mailed to me. I then found out that Ulta Cosmetics store carries the Bare Minerals line --so I bought some of their blushes and lipsticks there. They have samples you can try on your skin. If you purchase and are not happy with it--they will give you your money back. I didnt like the moisturizer they recommend to put on before using the powder. Other than that I was satisfied with everything else that I purchased. Give it a try!!

I use it and it does a great job covering the imperfections of my skin. At first, I hesitated because of the price, too. I went on the auto shipment plan--I thought that I would run out before the next shipment arrived but I never did. In fact, I have an "overage". You can also select how often to receive the shipment if you feel it comes too fast. That will save you $$.

Yes it's awesome! Yes it's expensive but you dont have to use a lot of it. It'll last you a long time. It evens out your skin tone really good without caking up and making it look like you're wearing a crap load of make up. It looks fresh and natural! I'd really think about trying it if I was you! Maybe even buy it from a place like Ulta where they'll let you return it just because you don't like it. I'm not sure of any other place that will return used make up.

There are other mineral makeup brands that are half the price. Try aromaleigh.com. Each one is about 15 bucks, and they have a price chart comparing them to all the other brands. They're the cheapest around!

They also have other tinted powders, like blue, green, and yellow, that even out skin discolorations like redness.

This stuff is amazing.

About a year ago, I decided to get rid of all my products and try something new because my skin is changing (getting older doncha know).

It has excellent coverage and with the other shades (warmth and bisque and glee) you can contour as well.

The only thing I had to figure out was what kind of moisturizer to wear underneath. The moisturizer I was using was too oily and made blending more difficult.

I switched to Eucerin day lotion and it works perfectly.

You're going to love this stuff.

Yes, I love it. I'm in California and it runs $27.00 and worth every penny. It gose on very smooth, natural, you can apply as little or as much as you want. theres no streaking smearin , rub off on clothes or sweating off.
A reugular $12.00 brush will do fine to apply it with. ( stay away from the .99 brushes but no need to pay $ 20,30, or $40.00 for a brush. I use my make up daily and it last me about 6-8 month. So thats under say $3.00 a month. Try it I'm sure you'll love. Look for a salon that sells it so you can get the exact color. They will put differnt ones on you till you find the color you like for free
don't order from TV or the net. You want to find the correct color. Enjoy

No, it doesn't blend well. I tried it on the underside of my arm, which is very smooth, and if it didn't blend well there it will only be worse on my face. It covers about 80% of redness. The big problem is it is full of mica, which makes it sparkly in good light. It's not worth the money.

I love it-never willI use anything else. It really does feel like you aren't wearing any make-up. It is worth the price, it does last a while though. My husband actually complimented me on it when I first started wearing it.

Yes I have. I love it. You don't have to use a lot of the product and buffing and the right make-up brush will cover your redness. I also love there eye shadow and blush it does last forever.
