Get some sun. Seriously, a decent tan will clear up the acne and, as your skin peels after a few days, those blemishes will go away.

You don't need to go and spend the whole day in the sun getting burnt to a crisp; just a moderate tan is all you need.

Go see a dermatologist. You may need to get your doctor to refer you to them. But they will solve your problem and make your face look much better.
