AFC North - Steelers: Still the best team in the division even though the Bengals are nipping at their heels. Ben is a question but then again so is Carson, McNair, and whoever the Browns have (Dilfer or Frye).

AFC South - Colts: RB is a question, but a still very high powered offense with an opportunistic Defense will lead them to another division title. Jaguars are a couple years away and the Houston teams are too... bad.

AFC West - Chiefs: Herm Edwards will finally make that D respectable to go along with the amazing Larry Johnson powered Offense. Broncos have lost the respect for Plummer that was gained last year, when the Steelers killed him. The Chargers have the very unproven Philip Rivers which will cost them at least 3 or 4 games. Raiders have no team chemistry and no Defense to speak of.

AFC East - Dolphins: Pats are tired and old... The Dolphins are young, fast, and physical. Daunte Cullpepper will silence his critics. The Jets and Bills don't have a starting QB going into camp and most likely wont have one until the very end of the preseason.

NFC North - Bears: The Offense has had a year to progress while the Vikings, Lions, and Packers are with new coaches and new playbooks... Bears D is way to good for any of the other mediocre to great Offenses of the division to do much of anything but have their QBs to drop back and get hit... hard.

NFC South - Bucs: Cadillac will be used well in the very good and complex offense of John Gruden. The Panthers are still very good but the Seahawks showed the world how to stop them. Also the Falcons lost some Defensive and Offensive pedigree last season when teams had their will on blitzes and runs. Vick couldn't run or throw for that matter against anybody that blitzed him often and stopped the run. Saints need about 4 or 5 years of improvement before anyone sees a turnaround.

NFC West - Seahawks: The MVP is still full of energy and the team has no real competition. Seahawks still have the bad taste of defeat on their tongues. All the other teams in this division have no answer to Alexander, they lack Defense.

NFC East - Cowboys: T.O. will be the deciding factor here. If he fits well then they will be great, but if he splits up the locker room like in Philly then the Cowboys may not get to 8 wins. If that happens then the Redskins will take the division with a very much improved offense. Giants and Redskins are very good and close to claiming the division, once again for the Giants, but still too immature and unworthy at QB. The Eagles lack receivers and a sturdy running game, but have a good enough Defense to make competition within the division.

NFC East - Giants because their defense is bolstered with the addition of Arrington and Eli would have developed even further. Barber is gonna have another amazing year. They'll edge out the Cowboys but both will make the playoffs.

NFC North - Chicago Bears, their team is pretty much the same, will have a shutout defense and their offense will be more experienced.

NFC South - Panthers, who will represent the NFC in the Superbowl, because their recieving core is more stronger and diverse with the addition of Keyshawn. The Rb's are healthy. The fearsome four will be back at full strength with Jenkins coming back.

NFC West - Seahawks, they tasted the Superbowl and will hunger even more to get back to it and this time win it (But they won't). Alexander is gonna have a big year yet again.

AFC East- Hate to say it, but it's the Patriots, they gonna have a healthier defense this year, and Dillon will be healthier also. Plus the other teams are garbage. Only team that might do good is Miami w Culpepper but I don't think they could beat the Patriots.

AFC North - Steelers because Parker will be more experience RB, Rothlesberger will prove his accident doesn't keep him back, Cowher is the best coach in football, and that defense led by Polamalu and Porter will dominate the NFL. Look for them in the Superbowl again.

AFC South - Colts, purely dominant offense even tho edge is not there, dungy will find a way. Their defense will be stronger, and they were so close, i think it'll fuel their stride to the super bowl. Plus the other teams there are garbage unlike the NFC South.

AFC West - Chargers because LT will be the best RB in football this year, Rivers will use what he has learned effectively to throw to Gates, the best TE and to LT. Merrimen and the defense is the best in the west.

Wildcards - NFC - Cowboys and Falcons
Wildcards - AFC - Chiefs and Ravens (The d is healthier and they got Mcnair)

NFC
west- 49ers, no lol i wish, maybe the cardinals, for the 1st time in a long time
north-bears, even with bad QB, defense will get them in
south-falcons, vick, dunn, crumpler, and good defense will get them in, it will be tough though
east-redskins, great defense and improved offense, overpower the cowboys and giants
wildcard-bucs, cadillac, simms, and defense can get them back into the playoffs
panthers, once again they also can make it with keyshawn to take off some coverage of steve smith

AFC
west-broncos, tough division but with javo walker and good defense/offense good bet for the playoffs and possibly even the super bowl
north-bengals, another tough division but if carsons 100% and doesnt get injured again, its theirs for the taking
south-jaguars, tough, but the colts will be weaker after losing ed, and jaguars will stay strong
east-dolphins, with culpepper in addition to a strong showing at last years end, and a weaker pats team the fins will win it
wildcard-chiefs, with LJ and a new coach they will finish what they started last year
browns, improvements at several positions, its a surprise chance but im going with it

superbowl
broncos over redskins
