Roy Hobbs from "The Natural."
Granted, he gets shot and he only gets to play one season in the big leagues....But at the end of the movie he ends up with the woman of his dreams and the son he never knew. He finally smiles at the end of the movie and I would like to be that happy.
Actually, I am happy being me, but his story always makes me reconsider....

She is witty and smart and gets Mr Darcy in the end in spite of those attributes (or maybe it was because of them, sometimes I can not tell)
