a tale of two Qb's, Brady vs Delhomme rd. 2, Best D of the NFC vs. the 3rd Best D of the afc (Ravens 1 and Steelers 2, but both don't have strong offenses or Corey Dillon) Panthers will win wit Steve Smith as MVP, keyshawn will play a huge role, as well as Foster. Peppers and Jenkins will dominate. Panthers will win the Superbowl this year.
