if you have oily skin, maybe you should not bother letting your pores soak up crap that will only clog them more? Let your skin breathe.... if your skin is oily, witch hazel is great for taking away the shine.... I've never had an acne problem nor oily and I've prevented that by always using witch hazel or rubbing alcohol. Be careful how much though because it can be too drying as well.

actually, you can use your regular foundation and get clearasil.. oil strips
wenever you feel like your skin is oily just use them and it takes the oil off without having to cake on you makeup more.
or even maybelline H2O the makeup that is water based it works really well and doesnt make your skin oily.

Water based foundation. Foundation who can control the oil secretion. Like some have tea tree content.

none,,if your skin is oily ,, after several hours w/the foundation on,, just apply loose powder & that will absorb the oil

First wash your face with a bar of soap to dry it up.
Apply an Oil free mosturizer.
And then apply a oil absorbing powder such as MAC.

Matte or liquid will be good and use a shine free powder to seal it in and keep the oil from making your face shiney
