Well I think that she was classified as a co-star but...
Jenny from Forest Gump
She went through an enormous amount of change and portrayed a person growing up during a very interesting time and experienced many difficult things. In a lot of ways she was the glue that held the story together.

What "had to"? I would love to star in many films (including musicals) given the opportunity. I'd say that a plum role (as musicals go) would be the phantom of the opera.

So many to choose from, but at the current moment, I think I'd like to take a crack at the part of William Shakespeare in "Shakespeare in Love"

Carmen - either in the opera or in Carmen Jones. But I can't sing and I sure as hell don't look as good as a Carmen should. Nice to dream, tho.
